Dr. Pablo Etchemendy brings over 22 years of veterinary experience and a caring, down-to-earth approach to every patient he meets. Originally from Uruguay and now a proud Orange County local, he’s cared for animals of all kinds—from dairy cattle in his early career to dogs and cats throughout Southern California.

In 2020, Dr. Etchemendy and his wife, Cecilia, opened Healthier Pet Veterinary Care, an independently owned clinic built around their shared belief that pets thrive when medicine, nutrition, and compassion come together. He’s especially passionate about preventive care and the use of raw and whole-food diets to support long-term health and vitality.

At home, Dr. Etchemendy stays busy with his dog Caludio and understands exactly what it means to trust someone with your furry family member’s care. His goal is simple: to make every visit feel personal, informative, and empowering—for pets and their people alike.
