What are your hours of operation?

We are open Tuesday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 2pm.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring in my pet?

We highly recommend scheduling an appointment to guarantee prompt attention for your pet. Additionally, same-day appointments and day admissions are available.

What if my pet need to be seen immediately?

In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately. We offer same-day appointments and day admissions. We will make every effort to accommodate you. If we are unable to do so, we will refer you to a 24-hour emergency hospital.

What types of pets do you treat?

We treat dogs and cats.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options are available through CareCredit with zero interest.

How does pet insurance work?

Pet insurance is a widely chosen method for covering the costs of your pet's medical visits and treatments. Several insurance companies offer a variety of policies to suit different needs.

Where to call if I have an after hour emergency?

We treat every patient (from wellness exams to critical patients) to the best of our abilities. We are not a 24hour emergency clinic but do take them during office hours if only to stabilize the patient so that it can get to an emergency hospital.
