What are your hours of operation?

We are open Tuesday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 2pm.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring in my pet?

Yes, we strongly recommend making an appointment to ensure that we are able to see your pet in a timely manner.

What types of pets do you treat?

We treat dogs and cats.

What if my pet need to be seen immediately?

Please call us in case of an emergency. We will do the best to accommodate you. If not possible, we will refer you to a 24hr emergency hospital.

How does pet insurance work?

Pet Insurance is a popular option when it comes to payment for your pet's visits and treatments; there are a few different options when it comes to insurance companies and their policies.

Where to call if I have an after hour emergency?

We treat every patient (from wellness exams to critical patients) to the best of our abilities. We are not a 24hour emergency clinic but do take them during office hours if only to stabilize the patient so that it can get to an emergency hospital.
